The FIDE (The World Chess Organization) Women Commission has started a series of tournaments to encourage girls to play chess, and during Chessparty the commission is behind this blitz tournament for girls under 18 years old. The tournament will be visited by some female superstars, and the social environment is just as important as the competition.
