Staffan Scheja is one of Scandinavia’s most distinguished and beloved concert pianists, with a career spanning more than five decades.

From his early debut as a 14-year-old prodigy to performances on some of the world’s most prestigious stages, Scheja has built a reputation for his poetic interpretation and exceptional musical sensitivity. He is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Music and a recipient of the prestigious Litteris et Artibus medal – an honour awarded for outstanding contributions to Swedish cultural life.
