Robert Danielsson

Robert Danielsson (born 1949) is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of chess education in Sweden, with more than 50 years of experience as a teacher, author, and mentor.

Often referred to as a “godfather” of Swedish chess education, Danielsson has dedicated his life to introducing new generations to the game and helping players develop both their skills and their understanding of chess. His work has played a significant role in shaping how chess is taught and learned in Sweden.

As an author, he has written numerous books aimed at players of different levels, always with a focus on clarity, pedagogy, and a genuine love for the game.
