At ChessParty, tournaments don’t just happen at fixed times – they run throughout the entire festival.
Inspired by the flexibility of poker sit’n’go formats, we’re creating an ongoing tournament experience where you can join whenever it suits you.
If you can’t fit into the schedule, the schedule fits around you.
Sign up for the format you want to play, and once enough players have joined, the tournament starts.
Formats may include:
- Rating-based groups
- Time handicap formats
- Different time controls
- Chess variants such as Fischer Random
- Fun formats like Hand & Brain and themed chess
If there’s a format you’d love to play, let us know at the registration desk – we’re happy to set up new lists during the festival.
A minimum number of players is required for each tournament to start.
Whether you have 20 minutes or a few hours, there’s always a game waiting for you.
